When you call, email, or submit a quote request, you may provide your name, contact details, property address, service needs, preferred timing, and other project information you choose to share.
How we use it
Retsok Lawn & Landscape uses this information to understand your request, prepare or discuss an estimate, contact you about the work, and provide requested services. We do not sell your personal information.
Form delivery
The quote form is designed to deliver requests to Micheal J. Koster at michealkoster86@yahoo.com. When direct form delivery is activated, submissions are processed by Web3Forms for email delivery. Until then, the form opens your email application with a prepared message so you can review and send it yourself.
Retention and security
Project messages may be kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, or resolve questions. The website uses encrypted HTTPS when hosted on Cloudflare Pages, but no method of online transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you sent by contacting Micheal. Some records may need to be retained when required for ordinary business or legal purposes.
